Information we collect
We collect account identity, contact information, home location, review content, selected services, request timing, and operational status. We record which rep introduced a homeowner so future service activity can remain attributed to that relationship.
Phone numbers and consent
A phone number may be required for review or service follow-up. Promotional text consent is optional, stored separately from the review or service request, and can be revoked. Consent records include the channel, purpose, source, policy version, and capture time.
How information is shared
ATH may share the information necessary to fulfill a service request with the attributed rep, an assigned approved vendor, and operational providers that support authentication, hosting, database storage, or communications. ATH does not treat review submission as consent for unrelated promotional messaging.
Reviews and public profiles
Published reviews show a shortened homeowner name, general location, service category, rating, and review content. Private contact details and street addresses are not displayed on public profiles.
Retention and requests
ATH retains operational records needed for review integrity, attribution, lead history, and commission accounting. Users may contact ATH to request access, correction, deletion where legally available, or revocation of communication consent.
