Effective August 2, 2026. This policy explains what All Things Home collects, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, address, ZIP code, time zone, account details, selected services, project details, reviews, support messages, and rep or vendor profile information. We also collect session, device, usage, and diagnostic information needed to authenticate users, understand site performance, prevent abuse, and resolve bugs.

We use information to create and secure accounts, publish approved profiles and verified reviews, match and route service requests, preserve rep attribution, administer commissions and marketplace operations, send requested account or service updates and optional promotions, moderate content, provide support, measure site performance, and comply with law.

When you request service, we may share the details needed to respond with your attributed rep and one or two matched providers. We also share information with vendors that support authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, email, text messaging, security, and customer support; when required by law; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.

As of the effective date, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law. We may choose to do so in the future, including by providing contact, account, demographic, service-interest, transaction, or online activity information to advertising, marketing, analytics, lead-generation, or other business partners for monetary or other valuable consideration. Before starting any such practice, we will update this policy and provide any notice, consent opportunity, opt-out method, or other choice required by applicable law. We will not rely only on a policy update to apply a materially different practice to information collected under an earlier promise where additional notice or consent is required.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Approved rep and vendor profiles may display professional and business information. Published reviews may show a shortened homeowner name, general location, service category, rating, and review content. We do not display a reviewer's private email, phone number, or street address on public profiles.

We may send transactional messages about accounts, reviews, requests, or provider follow-up. Promotional email or text consent is optional and recorded separately. You can unsubscribe from promotional email, reply STOP to eligible text messages, update available preferences, or contact us to revoke consent. A review or service request does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing.

Our authentication provider uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and protect your session. We use site analytics to understand visits, performance, and feature usage. Your browser settings may let you limit cookies, but required authentication features may stop working.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the platform, preserve review integrity and attribution, maintain lead and commission records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision; or receive equal service when exercising your rights. You can update available account information directly and contact us for other privacy requests. Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no sale-or-sharing opt-out is currently necessary. If we begin, we will provide any required opt-out method and honor legally recognized preference signals. We may verify your identity for certain requests and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

All Things Home is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information or sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe a child provided information. We may update this policy as the platform changes; the effective date above shows the latest version.
