Accounts and marketplace role
ATH provides profiles, review verification, attribution, service-request routing, and operational records. Unless ATH explicitly states otherwise, vendors remain responsible for quotes, contracts, scheduling, service performance, licensing, insurance, and payment collection.
Rep profiles and attribution
Invited reps may publish a profile immediately after completing onboarding. Homeowner relationships created through a rep link may remain attributed to that rep for later service activity and commission administration, subject to ATH program rules.
Verified reviews
Reviewers must use a verified account and may not submit fraudulent, compensated, duplicate, abusive, or misleading content. ATH may hold or remove reviews to protect platform integrity.
ATH Certified
At this stage, a rep receives the ATH Certified badge after reaching three verified, published reviews. The badge is removed if the published review count falls below three. The badge is a platform status, not a government license, background-check guarantee, or warranty of future work.
Communications
Transactional follow-up and promotional messaging are separate permissions. Promotional SMS consent is optional and not a condition of leaving a review or requesting service. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Claims and pricing
ATH will not publish pricing, savings, conversion, or income claims unless the underlying information has been verified and approved for publication. Users may not make unsupported performance or earnings claims through the platform.
Legal review required
This is product-aligned draft language, not legal advice. Counsel should finalize marketplace, commission, communications, dispute, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law terms before production launch.
